eInvoice - New Enhancement

ARUP Connect™ has added a new feature to eInvoice statements. In addition to PDF and XLS formats, you can now download your eInvoice statements using CSV file format. The CSV format allows you to move data into other existing programs, providing you further flexibility with your eInvoice information.

This new feature will be available starting Monday, April 19, 2010.

Please contact your local ARUP Connect™ site administrator to set the correct permissions in your ARUP Connect™ account so you can access the new CSV format option.

ARUP is happy to announce improvements to the Quality Assurance Reports available on ARUP Connect.

Changes have been made to both XLS and PDF formats and include:

  • More information provided in the report header, including ARUP:
    • CLIA number
    • Chief Medical Officer and Director of Laboratories
    • Fax number
    • Web address
  • Report displays client information name and ID as well as the name of their business development manager.
  • If no Patient ID is found, report now displays “N/A” instead of remaining blank.
  • Test Name and Collection Date/Times included for each item (up to three items in XLS format).
  • When using the XLS format with more than three reportable QA tests, a prompt informs the user to refer to the PDF version for a complete list.
