Danielle LaGrave, MS, LCGC, Genetic Counselor
Danielle LaGrave is a genetic counselor with ARUP's Maternal Serum Screening program and Cytogenetics Department. She is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling, is licensed by the state of Utah, and is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and the American Society of Human Genetics. Ms. LaGrave received her MS in genetic counseling from California State University, Northridge, and has been a practicing genetic counselor since 1996.

Edward R. Ashwood, MD

Dr. Ashwood is a senior vice president and director of laboratories at ARUP, the medical director of Specimen Processing Laboratory and Serological, Hepatitis, and Retrovirus Laboratory, and acting medical director of the Special Chemistry Laboratory. He is also a professor of pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He received his MD from the University of Colorado and is board certified in clinical and chemical pathology. His research interests include medical informatics. Dr. Ashwood coedits the Tietz Textbook of Clinical Chemistry.
