Storage/Transport Temperature: CRITICAL FROZEN. Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.

Unacceptable Conditions: Serum. Hemolyzed specimens.

Stability (collection to initiation of testing): Ambient: 8 hours; Refrigerated: 8 hours; Frozen: 1 month
